DIDN'T UNDERSTAND
Why my parents where so stricked
Why I've to be home when sunset,
Why have to wake up before sun rise,
Why have to greet strangers
When said ''chose your friends carefully''
I didn't understand
Why schooling is important,
Why knowing my culture is vital,
Why have to do home shores,
Why my parents hate laziness,
Why my parents cheer diligence,
Why have to respect elders
Now because I've kids I understant
